We’re in full party mode now that we welcomed the festive season with our end of year Autumn / Winter Wine and Network social at 28°-50° Oxford Circus, which also marked the launch of the Soho Supper Club!

An exclusive VIP area, decorated with stands of giant Bollinger bottles and seasonal flowers, formed the setting of our networking social for 50 invite-only guests. Welcome drinks flowed upon arrival, followed by a selection of wines, cocktails and sharing plates from the 28°-50° menu.

In my autumn editor’s note, I touched on how much I enjoy hosting. Bringing people together and forming meaningful connections is something that gives me fulfilment, and offers value to my guests. Prior to the event, I send out an email offering our guests an opportunity to share a bit about their business and who they’re looking to connect with at Wine and Network. Here are a few we highlighted:

Molly Green – Music & Fashion

Molly Green is a jazzy soul musician INTERESTED IN speaking to anyone in the music scene, particularly in the jazz, soul and blues genres. She’s also a self-taught clothes-maker keen to make new connections in the fashion world.

Mariana Fallahi – app creator

LOOKING FOR app developers or Angel investors for her new lifestyle app. She’s right at the beginning stages of her business, which is the perfect opportunity for partnerships. Currently briefing app developers and agencies and wondering who to go with. 

Millicent Duke-Brown founder of Luxe Pampering & Luxe Graze

Millicent’s business promotes self-care, self love and provides luxury graze boxes. As a qualified beauty therapist you can rest assured knowing that you’ll get top notch services and treatments!

Luxe Graze offers cheese board boxes, and graze table platters perfect for corporate events and any event that requires finger foods.

LOOKING TO CONNECT WITH some marketers, new clients, brand consultants, web designers and anyone that can help take the business to the next level.

Angela Fealy – Filmmaker

Angela is currently producing a short film in Soho, and is LOOKING TO CONNECT WITH film industry professionals. She’s also currently LOOKING FOR a production manager, a second producer, a graphic designers for online content and any Soho investors. This short film is set for film festivals around the world, it has actors and professional crew attached. Pre-production has already began. This is a Soho based film, and Angela is looking into involve as many Soho locals as possible.
