International Women’s Day marks the launch of Burger & Lobster‘s Japanese-inspired take on their classic lobster roll, in collaboration with dynamic duo chef Sophie Wyburd and wine expert Hannah Crosbie, hosts of top-charting podcast I’ll Have What She’s Having.

This all-female collaboration sees the UK’s first Lobster Katsu Curry Roll, reimagined by chef, Sophie Wyburd. The limited edition dish features B&L’s signature toasted brioche roll, crispy panko lobster meat dressed with a sweet curry sauce, garnished with pink pickled ginger, spring onions and black sesame seeds, served with a side of golden crisp fries and a creamy curry mayo (£27 without wine, £35 with one glass). Available exclusively at all nine Burger & Lobster restaurants across London from Wednesday 8th March – 10th April for lunch and dinner.
