Located in the heart of Mayfair, Dartmouth House is a richly historic building that functions as a meetings and events venue. Dartmouth House Membership launched with an Open House offering guests a unique opportunity to explore the venue’s facilities.
What’s on Offer
Members of the House will enjoy exclusive open access to Dartmouth House’s Grade II-listed Georgian building, which features a bar, lounge and unique marble courtyard. This will include the opportunity to experience F&B offerings like intimate made in-house meals and afternoon tea in the House’s quintessential British dining room, or cocktails in its sophisticated lounge.
Additionally, members will benefit from Dartmouth House’s comprehensive events programme, curated with the goal to foster connection and mutual understanding among members. From talks and debates to socials and dinners, there will be endless opportunities to network, socialise or simply enjoy entertainment with fellow members.
By joining Dartmouth House, members will naturally also join the ESU (English-Speaking Union). ESU Members benefit from exclusive member prices for ESU events and access to ESU Online for exclusive content and resources. They will also receive ESU’s biannual magazine.
Membership Fees
Dartmouth House offers an annual or rolling monthly memberships. These fees, as well as profits made from House income, will help to fund the ESU:
London Member: £750 or £63pm. £250 joining fee.
Country Member: £500 or £42pm. £250 joining fee.
Under 35 Member: £300 or £25pm. £250 joining fee.
5 Years Member: £3500.
Members must be over 18. All members are able to bring up to three guests to Dartmouth House at any one time, so long as prior notice has been given to the House.
Dartmouth House is open to members from 9am – 6pm, Monday and Friday, and from 9am – 9pm, Tuesday to Thursday.
