El Norte, the luxury Spanish restaurant in Mayfair plays host to ‘La Fiesta’ – the Spanish soirée which sets the stage for an unforgettable start to the weekend, held every Friday night. Our editor Kai Lutterodt headed down to mark the arrival of the festive season!
La Fiesta offers an unforgettable experience for diners to party the night away(ish) as they indulge in authentic Spanish tapas and bottomless sangria or cava and dance alongside mesmerising Spanish dancers and entertainment.
For an additional £29 per person, diners can sip on bottomless sangria or cava for two hours. The premium sangria and cava are the perfect accompaniment to any Spanish feast and sure to transport you straight to Spain from the heart of Mayfair.
La Fiesta elevates the Spanish culinary experience to match El Norte’s delightful selection of tapas. The a la carte menu features a range of luxurious tapas dishes designed to be shared. Begin your gastronomic journey with seasonal Rock Oysters. Indulge in favorites such as the Croqueta de Queso de Cabra – a combination of Goat’s Cheese, Pistachio & Honey Croquettes, as well as the Berenjenas Crujientes con Miel y Feta – crispy Fried Aubergine with Feta and Honey. For a truly indulgent experience, savour the traditional El Norte Tortilla – Spanish Omelette with Manchego Cheese, all while relishing the flowing sangria and cava.
The restaurant has also added brand new paella dishes to their menu which come in two different varieties. The Paella Vegerariana de Temporada is made using seasonal vegetables, and the Paella de Marisco is a premium seafood paella – both are equally delicious and rich in flavour. As is traditional in Spanish cuisine, the paellas are designed to be shared by the whole table alongside some of El Norte’s much loved authentic tapas.
