3. Kavka Orchard Vodka Polish Pimms

– Serves 6
240ml Kavka Orchard Vodka | 60ml Campari  | 60ml Fresh Lime Juice  | Top up with Ginger Ale  | Garnish with Sliced Strawberries, Cucumber, Oranges and Mint Leaves

Fill a jug with ice and add the Kavka Orchard Vodka, Campari and top with ginger ale. Give it a good stir then add the mint, cucumber, strawberries and oranges

4. Duppy White Mojito 

60ml Duppy White Rum | 30ml Fresh Lime Juice | Small Handful of Mint Leaves | 1 tsp Granulated Sugar | Top of Soda Water

Muddle lime juice, sugar and mint leaves in a highball glass, add crushed ice. Pour over the rum and stir with a long-handled spoon. Top with soda water and garnish with mint leaves.

5. Mermaid Spiced Rum Pure Colada 

20ml Mermaid Spiced Rum | 140ml Pineapple Juice | 25ml Coconut Syrup | 25ml Coconut Milk | 35ml Lime Juice | 10ml Vanilla Extract | 2ml Cocoa Bitters | Pineapple leaves.

To clarify the cocktail: Add all ingredients into a vessel and stir well. Place a coffee filter over a second vessel and pour the ingredients into it. Repeat until the desired transparency is achieved. 

To build the cocktail combine Mermaid Spiced Rum with 75ml of the clarified mixture and stir well. Pour into an iced highball and garnish with pineapple leaves.
